Las Cabanes sleeps up to 15 in 7 bedrooms plus babies in cots, with multiple cots and high chairs available.

The charming characterful property is situated 50-metres back from a quiet country lane that is a no through road with very little traffic.

A 10-minute cycle ride finds the pretty villages of Le Temple-Sur-Lot and Sainte Livrade Sur Lot, with restaurants, grocery shops, boulangeries, organic shops, supermarkets, pharmacy and access to the River Lot.

The property has been carefully restored to retain all its rustic charm with exposed beams, terracotta or wooden floors and exposed stonework. Thick stone walls ensure the property stays cool all year round.

The main house has 6 bedrooms and the cosy studio cottage has an additional bedroom, all on the cooler ground floor, and 5 bathrooms, of which one has a bath tub, whilst the others have showers. The bedrooms are all on the cooler ground floor but we also provide 2 additional air conditioning units for those who prefer an even colder bedroom.

The studio cottage is detached from the main house, but only 15m away, with its own private garden and is a real hit with grandparents in particular.

The Farmhouse is entered via a vine covered terrace into the rustic country kitchen with exposed beams and terracotta floors and plenty of storage space for essential supplies.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel 5-ring gas cooking range, Bosch dish washer, washing machine, 2 large fridge freezers, microwave, coffee maker, cookery books, table and chairs.

Upstairs there's a huge comfortable lounge and entertainment area with comfy leather sofas, TV, DVD, Freeview, and a range of books, games and toys for all ages as well as additional dining facilities and full size pool table and table football.

The accommodation is adjacent to the pool terrace with access to the large, 10x5m private alarmed solar heated pool, sun terraces and children’s play area.

There are extensive mature gardens and lawns for ball games, several sunny and shaded seating areas, a covered barn summer kitchen/dining area and both gas and traditional barbecues.

Under the ancient cedar tree you can relax and enjoy tranquility away from the crowds in an oasis of calm.

The owners provide bikes and outdoor play equipment for all ages. And all of this is for your exclusive use.

Behind the owners accommodation there is a chicken coop where guests are welcome to come and feed the chickens or collect their eggs and we have guinea pigs to feed too.

The owners live discreetly on site, on hand if needed but otherwise largely invisible.

The bedrooms consist of:

1 master family room with king size bed and bunk beds,

1 twin room (two single beds), 

1 single room 

1 room with a set of bunk beds.

1 double bed in the studio cottage plus lounge/kitchen/dining area and ensuite shower room.

All the master bedrooms and the studio have their own french doors leading onto terraces.

All the bedrooms are equipped with fans. All the bedrooms can accommodate a cot.
